Menu Monday

Let me apologize now for the lack of posts this past week. Mr. ShoeFanatic ended up cooking the majority of the week and he's not nearly as faithful of a blogger as yours truly. I am still trying to get him to type up his Chicken Parmesan recipe because it's phenomenal and it's a crime not to share. Anyway, here's what we have going on this week. Should be yummy!
